Easy Sleeping
Works great! I get sleepy and lay down and I fall asleep within 30-45 minutes. I just take it 1 hour before I want to sleep. That gives me time for a tv show or reading before I go to sleep. I would not drive on this medication. The pill is small, I have never tasted it, you swallow the pill ( it doesn’t dissolve! I give a 5 star rating!

Im using this product in conjunction with magnesium supplements. It has been three months and I am sleeping through the night without waking. I do not feel groggy in the morning

Bestest tasting
These fast melts taste the best. I won't buy another melatonin fast dissolve again. The blueberry taste is great.

Does not work for me.
I tried this product for three days and never fell asleep. In fact for some reason I was unable to sleep after taking this pill. After 50 mg I thought I would be out like a light and sleep through the night, but it was just the opposite. I couldn’t turn off The brain thinking, just tossing and turning and unable to relax and sleep. I don’t get it. I’m back to my liquid melatonin drops.3mg dropper, X4 dropper full. At least I sleep on it.
