Good quality and useful. I just have to remember to put it on every day, which I haven’t been doing. You can adjust it to your desired level of comfort.

This helped me with the pain so much and I can see a slight correction of my big toe. BTW the pain was due to a broken bone. Really good and handy to have at home.

As you can see from my photo with the red pen, my right toe is pointing out too far to the right. The toe joint is bony. I found these a bit fiddley to fit, and when I tried to walk in them they moved as they are stretchy. I wasn't sure they would help. Later in the day I tried them again. You pull the right toe towards the metal bar using toe strap and secure it by velcro. You pull the toe strap as far as you need. I positioned it too close, and left them on during the night and the metal bar had rubbed and caused a sore (photo 4). So again I adjusted them. This time I positioned the metal bar further round, along the top, out of the way of the bony part. This worked well, and I now sleep in them every night. During the day I use the toe separators alone, as you cannot wear shoes with the wrap arounds, they're too bulky. The leaflet says these can help mild to medium mis-alignment of toes, but mine are worse than that I think. Nevertheless after three nights my toes stayed in their corrected position after taking them off in the morning. Eventually they revert back, this is not a cure, but I find that when wearing them they give my foot support, toe support (and are warm if you have cold feet) so I like them. Need two pairs really as they get dirty and have to be washed.

The metal splint is not too uncomfortable, but I find the fabric quite itchy between my toes.

This doesn't straighten the toe, and doesn't sufficiently separate the big toe to be effective. I have tried pulling it tighter, but then my big toe starts to get numb. Any silicone toe separator is better (but I still think I'll have to wear it for a while longer to see any results)

I like the fact the it's a 3 piece set to be used for 3 different purposes for comfort and corrections. I can't fault the product yet, I will use it consultantly for the next one month, hope to see an effect on my bunions.
