New Favorite Creatine
Best creatine for muscle growth I've tried yet. Within 2 weeks, I felt more fullness in my muscles and improvement in performance in the gym! However, it tastes absolutely horrible and smells like armpit. New staple in my list of supplements though!

Too early to review effectiveness, “unflavored” tastes awful
If you are just going to mix with water, I highly recommend getting a flavored option. The “unflavored” option is absolutely awful to choke down when mixed with water by itself.

Too expensive
I use TL for almost all my supplements except for creatine. The quality is great of course but holy smokes the price is insane. I use naked creatine instead.

Excellent product. Very effective and dissolves easily in liquids.

Perfect
More reps and heavier reps. Otherwise zero side effects. I take the recommended serving once per day. It's more expensive than other brands, but incredibly clean. It doesn't really dissolve, but it disperses very well in a 16 ounce bottle of water.

Good so far!
I’m finding that my energy is better since starting this creatine. I wake up feeling less tired and that lasts throughout the day. I blend it in my morning smoothie or drink it in water. As others have mentioned, there is a slight flavor. For me, it’s barely noticeable. Dissolves nicely and easy on my stomach. Using for muscles and brain and other benefits. I also like that a member from the company sent me a personal msg. Recommend.

Bad taste, bad solubility, higher price
After two years taking creatine daily (and for quite some time flirting with the idea of trying the one sold by Transparent labs, given the massive amount of ads I was getting) I decided to try this Creatine HMB. Indeed it’s a bit more expensive than the one I’ve been taking for over 9 months but I considered it could be an investment in my workouts. The taste is terrible and the product doesn’t dissolve well in water and the other brands. In terms of performance results I honestly can’t tell if there were any major improvement.
