I’m finding that my energy is better since starting this creatine. I wake up feeling less tired and that lasts throughout the day. I blend it in my morning smoothie or drink it in water. As others have mentioned, there is a slight flavor. For me, it’s barely noticeable. Dissolves nicely and easy on my stomach. Using for muscles and brain and other benefits. I also like that a member from the company sent me a personal msg. Recommend.

More reps and heavier reps. Otherwise zero side effects. I take the recommended serving once per day. It's more expensive than other brands, but incredibly clean. It doesn't really dissolve, but it disperses very well in a 16 ounce bottle of water.

Excellent gym essential with potent results when consumed over time. Combines the tried and true power of creatine with HMB, resulting in better lifts than ever before, which is an outcome I've personally felt from consuming this product. Improved muscle definition with consistent use combined with progressive overloading on your workouts. Love that it's NSF sport certified. Easy on the stomach, best consumed post-workout. The only caveat of this product that detracts 1 star from my rating specifically has to do with their "unflavored" flavor. I bought the unflavored version under the expectation there was going to be zero taste, like at all. However unfortunately upon taking a scoop of the unflavored variant of this product, do be warned that you WILL be met with the most unpleasant chemical-like taste; it'll hit you like a truck and probably make you want to hurl if you don't swig a scoop down fast enough with water. In the meantime I've been working around this by spreading salt on my tongue before consuming this, which seems to cancel out the chemical flavor. I'd recommend most people NOT buy unflavored unless you know what you're doing (i.e. whatever beverage you mix this with you're confident it will mask the chemical taste of the unflavored version effectively). You're better off buying the flavored versions esp if you intend to consume with water 99% of the time, which is something I'll do for my next purchase. Nonetheless, will be a returning customer.

If you play sports and workout you are going to want to take Creatine! This one is the best!! Easy to take, just one little scoop in your favorite drink and stir. Great hydration and no taste, it last all day! Just remember you want to put the best product in your body and Transparent Labs Creatine HMB is the BEST!!

Best creatine for muscle growth I've tried yet. Within 2 weeks, I felt more fullness in my muscles and improvement in performance in the gym! However, it tastes absolutely horrible and smells like armpit. New staple in my list of supplements though!

Not to impressed too expensive for creatine, couple of side effects for me .few hours after taking supplement had really bad joint pain and some stomach issues which cleared up by next day but since you take daily not for me..did feel some strength
