Good at first
At first these bulbs were great. Nice and bright. But then after about a month I started to notice the individual leds on the bulb start to go out. Now 3 months later there's not a single bulb without a row of leds not lighting.

Do not buy these bulbs
My initial review of this product was denied presumably because it was too honest about their shoddy nature, so I will be as straightforward as I can... I purchased these bulbs for my RV. Within a month several had burned out. They are cheap and I DO NOT recommend them. You can save yourself time and hassle by buying a quality product the first time, i.e. NOT this product. The denial of my initial review stated "Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at www.amazon.com/feedback.", so I will not discuss my negative interaction with the seller.

Get the soft yellow to match normal lighting unless you prefer blue/white lighting
Perfect replacement for my interior truck camper lights. 1998 fleetwood elkhorn 9T. IF you prefer a similar light color to your original lighting, get the soft yellow, it's a darn near perfect match and maybe a bit brighter. I noticed that the plastic covers had some partially melted spots where the original bulbs were, the LEDS are cool and produce very little discernable heat. A fraction of the power draw and your batteries in your Rv could be extended by days if your boondocking.

Rv working lights
A bit longer than a 1141. Nice warm color. Maybe slightly brighter than incandescent. Works great in living/bed/bath areas. I prefer the white light in kitchen area. The current draw on the entire box is about equal to one original bulb.I'd have to assume that some campers have more than 12 volts when running on AC. Their old bulbs could have been running brighter if their voltage was high. These I assume have a circuit in them to allow ac or dc and that would regulate the output.Used entire box in trailer. They have been working for a few months and no dudes yet.

Identical lighting with superior power consumption
These LEDs were among the most expensive of the group offered at Amazon. I tried them because of another review that said they performed as well as the incandescent lighting that came with the RV. The lighter the electric load on the RV's power converter, the better and longer it will last. These lamps perform as well, if not better (a little brighter?) than the OEM lamps, with the advantage of almost no heat generation. Also, the the 68 amber LED color is virtually identical to the incandescent lamps which is that soft white lighting that we prefer.

Well worth the extra $ for these
Great value and easy to install. Did not have an issue with polarity or otherwise. We had older LED bulbs that were a higher kelvin that were more of a light blue color and these have the same hue as the traditional halogen bulbs if that is the color and hue that you desire. I tested each bulb prior to re-installing the fixture covers and all systems are go. I then left them on for an extended period seeking flicker or other signals of failed QC and did not find a flaw as of yet.We will be going on an extended camping trip and will see if we continue to see premium performance, but I must say that these are outstanding thus far. One factor I noticed for sure is that the actual diodes on this bulb are smaller and there are more; this should provide more even lighting and less of a flashlight effect that previous bulbs have provided. This would be a feature to look for in any LED bulb as the bigger the diode the more direct light will come from them and give the 'light in your eye' effect that we all despise. These seem to illuminate the entire area better and provide less direct light IMHO.My testing has been completed hooked up to 30 AMP/120 and I will be testing them under 12v deep cycle shortly; with any bulb you buy be sure to do this as you most likely will see a difference and do not want to waste your return capability if you are dissatisfied with the results in the setting you spend the most time. We dry camp most of the time; so we want them to work under a 12v deep cycle battery. If you have a park model or camp with hook-ups be sure to test in your most frequent set up.I will give an update after our trip and let everybody know if we see any cracks in the foundation here, but so far we see a clear winner.

Not as bright as I'd hoped
They are pretty bright especially in a fixture that puts them sideways, but in the 5 small "spot" type of lights that I have in my rv main area, most of the light goes to the sides and doesn't reflect straight out. As the photo shows, the majority of the cells are around the sides, not that many pointing straight out. They are definitely better than some cheaper ones I previously bought, and I'll keep them in the fixtures but they're not as bright as the incandescent spots. I might look for some of the ones that have a bunch of leds on the end, not the sides.Edit: I just lined the inside of the spot canopies with alum foil and it directs more of the light down instead of inside the socket. Much better and there is no chance of a short because of the foil.

Purchased with apprehension.
I just purchased a used travel trailer, 2010 Heartland, one of the bulbs in a light was burned out. I noticed that when the lights were on how hot the bulbs/light got. I looked and found these bulbs with a good review, reasonable price and 20 pcs (enough to replace all my bulbs.) They fit and replaced the 1141 bulbs I had, no problems there. I was totally amazed at how much more light these put out, and the warm bright light lit up my camper perfectly. I had the lights on for over an hour, I turned them on and off several times, instant on response and they were cool to the touch. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is, don't know how long they will last. Update in the future. So far great product, Thank you.

Check your RV light socket polarity
Bought these to replace the incandescent bulbs in our RV. They didn’t work. Discovered that our RV light fixture sockets have negative on the center pin and positive on the socket shell. These bulbs require the opposite polarity (negative on the shell, positive on the center pin). It would have been helpful if the description for these bulbs stated that they only work with the given polarity. Note that some other LED bulbs have a bridge rectifier built-in so that they work with either polarity.I did a quick wiring hack to test the brightness of these bulbs vs the 18 watt 1141 incandescent, and they didn’t seem to be as bright as the incandescent even though they should have been considerably brighter. As such, I won’t bother rewiring the light sockets to work with these bulbs and will instead look for another manufacturer’s bulb.

Not as advertised!
Seller claims 800 lumens. 300 lumens more likely. Seller says 6.8 watts in which case these are very inefficient LEDs. My 300 lumen bulbs are rated at 3 watts with same light. Other issues. These bulbs are too long for use in most car tail lights. The 6500K light is very blue and harsh for use in an interior setting. I have 4500K LEDs (Natural) that are much easier on the eyes, especially for reading.

Bright, worth the few extra dollars
As with most people, we switched to LED for energy savings in our RV. The light contrast between the old style LED "warm" and these "white" lights is shown in the pictures. In my opinion, these lights are worth the few extra bucks we spent. The light is white versus the "warm" LED bulbs which (as described by several other buyers) have yellowish light with a slight green tinge. We left the "warm" lights in the sleeping area where we wanted a softer light, but used these bulbs in the living area. Definitely made a difference when reading or eating. There were no problems with excess heat or with bulbs not fitting.

If they will work next year in our trailer.
I have plugged in 2 bulbs and yes they are reasonably bright. I used another brand which I installed in our trailer last year, they may have burned for 20 hours and some not an hour but this year most of them only the centre diodes light up and the ones around the base do not. So we will wait and see with this brand.

Wrong polarity for travel trailers, stated luminous we’re just an outright lie.
These were junk and had to be returned. These type of lights are polarity sensitive and they were all backwards. When we did get them working, the stated limits were just a plain lie to sell the product.
