Only put them in on Sunday but they were easy to put in and they break down into the tank relatively quickly meaning the plants get that extra nutrients quick

My plants seem to be growing well with these, so no complaints there. They are a little expensive in my opinion though.

And the root tabs are no different in that respect to the liquid fertilizer. Expensive sure, but they effectively do the job and for my 30 litre cube aquarium will last at least a year

The plants look great but placing them on aqua soil is a nightmare. They have a lot of air in the capsule which has the tendency to float up so it is very difficult to place unless you have very deep aqua soil. In my tank due to having corbo roots, there are parts where the aqua soil is only 3-4cm and could not keep the capsule in place so had to buy a different non floaty one to be able to fertilise the plants. The capsule gets damaged once in water so you have a limited time to attempt the placement before it breaks. Also more expensive than other alternatives which have a better design(non floating). The plants look great and where I have 5 cm plus aqua soil it was easier to place.
