Does this prevent hearing crackling noises that you hear through normal pillows??

I haven't noticed any noises with this pillow and find it very comfortable

Is there a pillow cover?

That white cover that you see in the picture does come off so you can wash it but it's the only one that comes with it. I bought a bunch of satin pillow cases in king size to be able to have enough room to stuff the pillow case down in the holes. The pillow says standard but it is slightly bigger than a standard pillow case

Does this contain latex?

I would ask the manufacturer directly. In the meantime, I put a regular pillowcase over mine and just kind of pressed in the holes. It was enough clearance for my new piercings and was also much easier to remove and wash.
