Nice spf lip balm with a touch of color. I like the color a lot and I like that it’s not super shiny, just a touch.

I love the Soft Carmel color. It goes on silky smooth and leaves a nice shimmer. This works great for protecting the lips against sunburn/damage. I even use it on my daughters at the beach because the color is soft and fairly natural looking but when the shimmer is gone I can tell it needs to be reapplied. I am kind of a fanatic about sunscreen! I am not sure about healing already sun-damaged or dry lips because I do not use it that way. It does need to be reapplied often in my experience. I also use it to tone down a few lipsticks I have that are too dark for me and a few that are too drying. I have reordered this several times and I am still pleased.

My favorite lip balm! And I’m giving it as stocking stuffers to my friends! It’s not that fake way-too-shiny stuff that you see everywhere now. It’s just a pretty finish with the slightest amount of sparkle. The Soft Caramel color is very neutral, and it’s a little sheer, and has a little pink in it that it’s very pretty! Not orange like everybody seems to think brown lip products need to be. Highly recommend!

I've been purchasing 3 or 4 of these Neutrogena lip balms in a few different colors every year for a very long time, but the soft caramel color has always been my favorite - until now. Why did they have to change it? I'm not a lipstick girl, and this was the only lip color I felt I could wear and feel totally comfortable. I honestly don't care about the packaging, but the lip balm itself is all wrong. The color is too orange, and the taste and smell remind me of that old-style lipstick taste from 20 or 30 years ago. Very bitter and perfumy. I hope Neutrogena reads all of these reviews and brings back the original formula because until they do, I'm going to have to find something else.

Mostly love it. A bit of a bitter taste, which is a bummer. Mild pleasant scent. Glides on nice. Subtle color. Nice blend of hydration and moisture.

First it has no icky fruity flavor, in fact no flavor at all. It seems to be doing a very nice job moisturizing my lips. The color soft caramel is just perfect for me or anyone who likes subtle tints. It also does not leave a thick slick on flatware or wine glasses. The spf 20 is perfect for daily ware. ( if a lip product doesn’t have spf protection, I won’t use it.) The new sheer shimmer I have just received has a flavor to it. Many people may like it but it reminds me of guava which I find icky. I’ll use it until I find something better. Very disappointed.

This is my second purchase. The balm is creamy with a slight nude/caramel color and the best part is that it has SPF of 20! I have a hard time finding lip balm with SPF that has color to it and does not have the heavy perfume flavors. This is unscented with little to no flavor. I keep one at my desk at work and one in my jacket pocket for quick touch ups. I will be purchasing this again.

This glides on as smoothly as silk, and feels lovely on your skin. Besides that, I it provides a soft summer color with added sunscreen. That’s a lot for one little tube to supply,I think.

Application of this is really quite difficult as it has a wide opening. Colour is lovely, but the plastic smell is off-putting. I have only used it once, so it was a waste of money.

It's really tiny the casing of the product feels flimsy & cheap. I won't be re-buying it. It's totally not worth it.
