The Purchase and Installation were a Breeze
We needed a blind that would fit over our front door to block afternoon sun, which was causing a nuisance, so we decided on this one. I wanted it to be motorized, remote controlled, have a scheduled operation and available for use with Google Assistant, which was what I have installed in our home.I ordered the blind in the exact size that I needed for the door. The order was taken, and the company quickly confirmed the size needed via eMail. Even though the shade was made in China and had a fairly long declared deliver time, it was made, shipped and received in very short order, about two weeks I think I remember.Once it arrived, I immediately installed it which was as simple as finding the studs in the wall and placing two screws (I used my own screws which were longer, but I am sure theirs would have worked fine.) in each support bracket. It was the perfect size and took 10-15 minutes to install, then I charged it overnight. The next day, I attempted to install the hub and had a problem getting the procedure to work as outlined in the documentation, it didn't want to connect to the SmartLife app. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement hub (from the USA), I received it in a couple of days and the installation worked as described with no further issues. I setup a schedule in the "SmartLife" app on my phone and it has been working automatically ever since. It works of course with the remote, the app or by commands to Google Assistant. The shade motor is reasonably quiet and the shade itself is the perfect color for our decor and blocks the sun, which was our goal. The blind has been working for over a month now and I have not had to charge it again so it will likely go several months without having to recharge the battery.We did quite a lot of preliminary shopping before settling on this shade and have been glad that we did. It was less expensive that most of the competition and is a high quality, well-built device. We would buy from this company again when blinds are needed.

These Shades Are Amazing!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I have windows in my living room that are about 16 feet high and used to have the motorized cellular shades that I purchased from a popular national hardware store. I saw these and must admit, the price initially drew me in. But after all the customizations were made, the price more than doubled (and that is with discounts.I had 4 windows that I needed to replace the coverings. I started by ordering one shade to see how it would look. If you want to use and app or Alexa to control the shade, you will need to purchase a hub. The hub was can control multiple shades, so I only need to buy one to control my 4 shades. The hub is very easy to set up, using teh SmartThings App. Please not that you will have to be on 2.4 GHz wifi.There are two remotes that you can purchase. One remote can control up to 15 shades and teh other can control 5 shades. I will only have 4 shades at the most, so I went with the latter.There are about 18 customizations you need to make when picking your shade including: height, width, valance, side of motor, remote, hub, color, bottom rod type, roll position, inside or outside mount, motor type, and light blockers.I am very impressed with these shades. They operate very smoothly. They have an elegant look and are premium quality. The motor is very quiet and move smooth like butter. They are very easy to charge and install. It took me about 15 minutes per shade and most of that time was because I was working on a ladder 16 feet off the ground.The company's communication is awesome. After each of my orders, they emailed me one last time to confirm that I ordered the correct size. They also notified me when my orders shipped and provided a tracking number. The shades arrived very quickly. I would say a little over a week from me placing my order to them arriving at my house. That includes making and shipping. They were packaged very well and had everything that I needed to properly install them. If you purchased a remote. The shades or shade that you purchased with remote will come preprogramed to the remote. Any other subsequent shade purchased will have to be programmed to the remote separately, which is very easy to do.I ordered my remote with my first of 3 shades, so it was only programed to my first shade. I not only had to program the remote to my additional 2 shades that I purchased, but I had to erase the program of the orignal shade and reprogram it because I wanted it on a different channel on the remote other than the first one that I came preprogrammed at. As I mentioned, it was very easy though, using the directions provided. Adding them to the hub is even easier after they are programmed to the remote.I will admit that I hit a snag in my installation. I could not find the instructions for the hub and remote and was stuck. The video on youtube about this is wrong. It had me hitting the up bottom to lock in the program, but I should have been hitting the middle/stop button. Also, he is a nugget to get you started. The shades are sent in shipping mode to prevent unintentional operation in transit. You have to hold the program button to wake them up.I went with the outside mount over the inside mount option. They both allow a bit of ambient light through the edges. There is really no way around that. You can make it a bit better by making your shade bigger, but by making it bigger, you are also making it more expensive. So, you have to find a balance. I can accept the little light that I have coming from the edges of my shades. It looks like a halo effect to me. The shades themself are true blackout and blocks all light.I am very, very, very impressed with these shades and glad that I purchased them. I will say that they are not cheap though. I have already purchased 3 and have 1 more to go to complete my living room. I give these shades on of my highest recommendations. They are easy to set up and use. I like that I can control them with an app, a remote or Alexa (my favorite).

EVERYTHING was on point to my measurements!
The media could not be loaded. Not only is this high quality!! The material on the light grey one that was a little more expensive, was worth every dollar. BEYOND EASY to install. I swear, this is probably the 2nd-3rd review I’ve ever wrote because no matter how much I like what I order, it’s never 100%… well this was 100% from materials, matching measurements, looks, shipping speed, arrived weeks before estimated delivery, the remote to control the blinds is very simple and sleek that it makes it look rich and sophisticated. Well done all around. Purchasing again soon for my morning breakfast table windows!

Quiet, smooth, beautiful.
I love everything about this blind. It blocks out the light very well, is exactly the right size, looks gorgeous, and was quick and easy to install and program. All the parts are high in quality and the packaging kept everything looking perfect. I highly recommend it.

So easy to install
We ordered one of these for the master bedroom, since our desk prevents us reaching over to close the blinds easily. It was very simple to install, and we were impressed with how easy reprogramming the start/stop locations were, as well as connecting to the hub*.Our place is mostly white accent, we thought the textured-white would be white with some texture, it is actually on off-white/cream colour. We liked the blind so much thought that rather than reorder as pure white/blueish white, we decided to change our other window blind to match it. So now we have two :)*The hub setup works with SmartLife app, which did connect easily to the gateway and the blinds, however I'm not a fan of the hub needing an external IP connection via the SmartLife app to operate. I'm sure some people like it so they can remotely close/open their blinds from somewhere outside their home, but if you have a downed ISP connection at home you don't have control of the blinds in the app since it stops working if the hub can't reach the internet. I'm sure this is the same for Google/Alexa/Apple home integration and works for 90% of people who don't care about network logistics, etc. It appears there is Tuya Local integration into Homeassisant which will support the hub, which is a self-hosted solution. So we will be going that route in the future.

Nice product, easy installation
The media could not be loaded. It was very easy to install and arrived a month ahead of promised date. Was very well packaged. I had some issues with the WIFI bridge - but eventually figured it out. I plan to buy another soon.
