Absolutely delicious
This is one of the best things I’ve tasted for a long time. I’ve used as a dip, as a spread, in a dressing. Strong without being overpowering and a depth of flavour you would usually pay a lot of money for. If you remotely appreciate a truffle flavour you can’t go wrong with this.

Eh…. Are the truffles in the room with us?
There’s no actual truffle in it. It’s cultivated mushroom paste (deliberately left obscure), ‘truffle flavouring’ and truffle flavoured oil. I wouldn’t mind but all I can taste is vinegar. I could have just used vinegar for all it was worth, there’s no other flavour to it.
