This works really well as a white noise machine for kids. I picked it up specifically for that purpose, and it’s been a great addition to their nighttime routine with consistent, smooth sound and useful features. The sound quality is better than expected for a unit in this size range. The white noise and other sound options play smoothly without obvious looping or abrupt transitions, which is important for uninterrupted sleep. The volume range is also well-balanced—you can keep it low for a gentle background noise or turn it up enough to help mask outside sounds. The night light is a useful feature for a kids’ room. It provides a soft glow that isn’t too harsh, making it suitable for nighttime without being distracting. One detail I really like is the clock brightness control. It’s adjusted with a dial on the back, which keeps it out of the way and helps maintain a clean, uncluttered look on the front. It’s easy to fine-tune the brightness so it’s visible without being too bright at night. Another useful feature is the battery backup. I love my clock and sent one to a friend as a gift. I like its small footprint on the nightstand, the many color options and the most important- that you can adjust the brightness. I can't have anything too bright in the room and my last clock lost its adjustability over time and you either got bright, or off. This clock is small and cute, you can read the numbers easily and you get multiple sound choices for an alarm. I have to confess, many of the sounds are too soothing for me and I would sleep right through them! But there are a few of the more traditional alarm sounds that work well at waking me up. I also like that you can use it as a bedside nightlight with color options there too, although I don't use those, but my friend does. I'm all for creating a soothing, calm atmosphere in the bedroom!

It has a good variety of sounds and can be calming while trying to sleep. The sound quality is average. It would be nice to have more melodies in addition to the natural sounds. I won't function without electricity.

Bought for my 7 year old sons room. After looking at the instructions that came in the box it was super easy to set up and figure out how it all worked. The clock was simple to set and it is nice that there is a dimmer on it. The nightlight has all colours ROYGBIV and goes back the the last colour you picked when you turn it on. It is the perfect amount of light for a night light imo. The sound machine is good, I’m happy with the selection of sounds and the quality of the speaker. I’m kind of picky with white noise and I liked option 1. My son like to sleep to the babbling brook and it is quite relaxing to go in and listen. There is a timer that you can set if you want to turn off the nightlight and sounds together we pick the longest option of 120min, presumably both would stay on indefinitely if you chose not to use the timer but not positive on that. We haven’t had it for long but I am super happy with this purchase the 3 in 1 was exactly what I was looking for. There was a QR code in the instructions that brings you to an instructional video, but I didn’t watch it yet as I was able figure out all the functions we need thus far from the paper. I’m sure I will watch it eventually and maybe learn a few more functions.

LOVE this clock sound Machine. I mainly use it as a Sound Machine. So I do not use the alarm features so I can not review that part of the device but I love it for the sound machine part of the device. For a while I could not sleep without a fan noise which would work for the summer but not for the winter because I would be cold obv. On a trip to Boston the hotel had a sound machine and that was the first time I could actually sleep somewhere other than my own room. So when I got home I ordered this device. So now I can do sleepovers without having the worry that I will not be able to sleep because of no fan sound at night. I use number 11 as my sound for when I sleep. The volume can goes pretty high. I like that it small and compact. The nightlight is not super bright which I like. This device helps me sleep and was the best purchase I made all year.
