Very disappointed with the product. Received an used product just packed like a new. I have checked using IMEI number on OnePlus portal it's showing the product is active since 05/07/2022, whereas I have purchased this on 13/03/2025. Also as it was mentioned international version but not received indeed.

Rating: ⭐ (One Star is more than enough) I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the post-purchase support experience. I purchased a phone from SA Infosys Pvt. Ltd. through Amazon, and right from day one, the device had a green line on the screen. I reached out to Amazon expecting help, but was simply told they’re just a mediator and advised to visit OnePlus customer care. After a quick check and a few restarts, the green line temporarily disappeared. But within days (on June 20), a pink line appeared on the display. I revisited OnePlus, and while they replaced the display after four days (June 24), they broke the back panel in the process. After raising concerns again, the back panel was eventually fixed — but from the same day, I started experiencing severe heating and battery drain issues. Since then, I’ve visited the service center 4–5 times, only to be told yesterday that now the motherboard is faulty. This has been a nightmare. I’ve spent ₹34,000 of my hard-earned money, and I’m still left without a properly functioning phone. No accountability, no permanent resolution — just frustration.

Dear all in my opinion this is the worst product selling by OnePlus in this price range. As a good faith on oneplus I have purchased it at an odd price of 70k, but from the day1 I observed seviour heating issue on the phone. Sometimes in my pocket it start heating automatically. Now after 03 months of Purchase without any reason it's Display goes off. When I showned it in OnePlus case they checked and confirmed Screen panel need to be replace, they took an odd days of arround 25 days to repair the same, which bound me to purchase one brand new phone to complete my daily activities. If you guys are planning to buy a phone in this price range better to think for some better phone. I have raised my issue through mail to OnePlus all available conserns but not a single reply I have received yet.
