I like to do a fast now and again, and bone broth is a great way to break the fast. I've done that a few times and I've usually made my own broth, but for a change I thought I'd try these Freja ones, and now there's no going back to make it myself. Apart from the low calorie/ high protein advantages, they are delicious! Personally, I prefer the chicken to the beef, but they are both really nice. Also great in stews or soups or whatever kind of sauce you're making. My recent fast was a 4 day water fast followed by one day of a carton of this Freja bone broth. That first taste after a fast is absolutely gorgeous, and it more than satisfied any hunger pangs. I'll be buying again for sure.

LOVE THIS!!! i bought the big 6 pack so i wouldn’t be without. high in protein, high in collagen, and tastes great!! yes it’s a bit higher price point, but u think you can get so much out of it. i use mine in soups, or add some baking soda to make a sauce, there’s so many uses for it in your every day life. it tastes great while not overpowering the dish. it’s not too filling and goes down a treat!!

When not really hungry I always go for bone broth. Both chicken and beef are delicious.

Having used this Bone Broth in my cooking for quite some time now, I have decided to switch to buying the bundle packs so that I am never left short for those quick soups, simple risottos, or chili con carne, pasta dishes and stews! The taste is absolutely delicious and can be enjoyed as a wholesome, warming drink as well as the ideal healthy ingredient to add to sauces. I love the fact it can be stored in the cupboard and is 100% natural. It has now become a staple food in our household and we love how it enhances our dishes with all the added health benefits too!

I found that they are a good product but pricey! You can buy similar in supermarkets cheaper.

I store these in my kitchen cupboard and the cupboard has a very strong smell of the broth which seems a little strange as they are all sealed. When heated these are ok but I wouldn’t buy again.

The ingredients are antibiotic hormone free & non-GMO so good for healthy paleo or keto diet. Comes in a handy 500 ml carton that is shelf stable for 2yrs. I have used both chicken & beef pressure canning meat and potato with carrot & onion in 1ltr glass jars for long term food storage works better as a liquid in place of Boullion cubes. Not yet tried it as a drink but I have no doubt it will be good for cold winter nights. Not the cheapest way to get a Boullion type drink but best for gut health and collogen that is missing in a lot of our processed bland food.
