A 2000 watt dryer draws a16.7 amps. If you have a 15 amp circuit breaker you have a problem. If you have a 20 amp breaker you might be ok depending what other things are on the same circuit like lights. Be safe!

Will this work in a Lithonia lighting track kit?

it should work with all standard track. I would not think Lithonia would design outside the box.
