ZQuiet Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece & Cleaner, 2-Size Starter Pack, Clear

I bought this for my husband a few weeks ago and I'm just kicking myself for not having done it years ago. After years of waking my husband up, telling him to roll over, and eventually getting up and moving to the guest room in the middle of the night a couple times a week, I can finally sleep in peace in my own bed all night. For me it's an absolute win! My husband said it took him a couple of nights to get used to the feel of it, but he was able to sleep with it in all night from the first night. After a few days, the smaller size stopped working as well and he started snoring again (although much more quietly than before!), so he moved to the bigger size and that's worked great. I would absolutely recommend this product! It seemed a bit expensive to me but the peace and quiet is definitely worth it.

Non-returnable!! Not worth it. The concept is fine but the product is large and very uncomfortable in your mouth. It also slides around in your mouth. Gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep.

This product does slightly help reduce the severity of snoring however it does not stop it completely. I have used the 2mm and 6mm both. The 6mm is such a large shift that my lower jaw will come out of the recessed area. I feel that if there were a 4mm shift piece it would work perfectly for what I am experiencing. I went from 2-3 hours of snoring a night to .5 - .75 hours of snoring with the 2mm and 1 - 1.5 hours in the 6mm and that is probably because of the slipping out of the mouth piece and reverting the jaw to the original position.

Wife immediately noticed a reduction in snoring. A little uncomfortable at first. Would recommend that you buy the stage 1 and then buy the stage 2 if needed. Stage 2 is more aggressive in pulling the lower jaw forward. This device uses your teeth for leverage, can make your teeth hurt because of this. If you have a heavy overbite the stage 2 is too much

I’m not overweight and I don’t have sleep apnea, but I do snore at least 30% of the night regardless of sleeping position. If you have the SnoreLab app, I never get louder than mid-yellow range and am mostly in high green or low yellow which, unfortunately, is enough to disturb my beloved’s sleep and therefore quite problematic. The level 1 device made absolutely no difference at all in my snoring. It was reasonably comfortable, though, and I perceived that I slept quite well with it in place. 5 stars for comfort for the level 1. The level 2 was too aggressive for me; it put so much pressure on my lower teeth that I couldn’t tolerate it for more than a minute or so. Plus it moved my jaw so far forward that I felt it was trying to dislocate. So, level 2 was too uncomfortable to try long enough to even start to try to get used to it. No stars for level 2. The listing says that one cannot return it, but after noting that, in my review, I was contacted almost immediately by customer service, who offered me a full refund. This device didn’t work for me, but it might work for you.

Sales Ad I seen has to be fake. I am very dissatisfied with this product! I would love to be able to go back and never have purchased this product. Either size didn’t work and very very uncomfortable even after following directions. Mouth constantly filling with saliva. Mint cleaner has pleasant taste is only good thing with this order. I sure wish I could send this back it is of no use to me but won’t be getting any more money from me.

Fall right out of your mouth while you're sleeping. Did absolutely nothing for my condition. Better off with CPAP machine.

I never snored crazy until I was pregnant. Since then, it's been brutal. I received this product about a week ago. I had been using a similar product that worked ok, but it was time for replacing. This was the third one that I've tried in the past month and so far it's getting good reviews from my significant other. I tried both. I slept with my SO with the larger one and he was happy. I thought that the small size fit better. I slept alone the night I tried that. I have tori (basically extra bone) in the bottom of my mouth so I trimmed the piece a little bit and was ready to go! However, my SO did not agree. He said I was back to my old snoring again. So I'm back with the larger size and it works, and I can use it as is. My snoring isn't completely gone, but it's no where near what it was. He calls it normal, gentle snoring now. My breathing is better and everyone is happy. It works.
