These knee ice packs are great! They are very large, cover the entire knee and can also be used on other body parts. Like your shoulder, elbow, ankle pretty much anywhere. The velcro straps are extremely strong and allow you to tighten them enough without getting loose or loosening up. As I walk around though walking around is kind of hard but still possible if you tighten it enough and keep your legs stiff. I have permanent knee damage in my left knee from a car accident years ago but I also do heavy weight training and squat very heavy so they are extremely useful after training to prevent inflammation, soreness and tenderness around the kneecap that can happen sometimes from training really hard. If I could give these more stars I would. I use them as much as possible whenever I need them. They are absolutely great. I am very satisfied and it is worth the money I did initially keep it in the freezer overnight but I did try it just after putting it in for 1 hour and it does get cold enough to use for 10 to 15 minutes. By using them after they've been in the freezer overnight, I've had them keep their coldness for over 2 hours, especially if I'm just elevating my leg with it on my knee. It is also nice that it has a soft padded side, but if you want it colder you can just flip it over and use the non-padded side

This one’s a keeper! I originally ordered an ice pack(from Amazon) that had one Velcro strap in the middle of the ice pack, which was useless, because the outer edges of the pack stood straight up. This first pack also had individual squares that were rock hard when frozen, no flexibility. This new ice pack is excellent! The double Velcro straps are a game changer, and they are nice and long. They keep the pack snug over the back of my knee perfectly. However, it slid down when I tried to walk. Not a deal breaker because I’m supposed to be elevating my leg. I use this pack on the back of my left knee because I have a bakers cyst which acts up on a regular basis. It’s awful, truly painful! This pack targets that area nicely. I let it freeze overnight to get it frozen, yet still somewhat flexible. When frozen, it’s a little stiff, but I just roll it longways to soften it up a little which works well. It comes with a ziplock bag to put it into the freezer, keeping it from smelling like a freezer. Also, this bag has instructions on how long to freeze it for to get the best use out of it. Very helpful. My only issue is that because it’s a gel pack, vs the other ones with several individual squares that freeze, it doesn’t last as long. But I do get a good 35 minutes , which is just right for my use. I highly recommend this ice pack.

This is a nice product. It gives excellent instructions that make your experience better if you read and follow them. The soft material on the inside is good and it does a good job fitting my very large leg. Freezes well and the cold lasts a long time.

Good ice packs for wrapping around the knee. These ice packs are plenty big enough to wrap around a large knee including bandages. They have a soft fuzzy side that's great for applying directly over skin and a smooth side that works well over bandages. I dropped 1 star due to them taking a couple hours to get solidly cold. We purchased 4 of them to ensure we always had a solidly cold one for use on an hourly basis. Post knee replacement requires 20 minutes of use every hour.

I've had a bad knee since HS (4 surgeries) and it is often painful and swollen. Finding a convenient way to apply cold has been a challenge for almost 45 yrs, lol. This coldpack is great, and a gamechanger! It surrounds the entire joint, has two sides for two levels of cold, it's flexible, stays in place (don't try to walk around in it, though), and the cold lasts for as long as you should be applying ice. Good purchase.

I would give this item a "10" if I could! It was invaluable for recovery following knee replacement surgery. The cold water therapy the surgeon's office recommended was cumbersome while this ice pack wrap was perfect in every way. The wrap covered both the front and back of the knee and stayed in place with straps while the leg was elevated. No complaints about any aspect of this product!

this is an amazing ice pack for my knee. I have big thighs and legs and it has plenty of room to tighten it securely and it stays cold so long. I love that even though I have large legsit goes basically all around my knee. It is definitely worth the money.

Bought 4 of them to be able to rotate them constantly during rehab of knee replacement surgery. They worked great—still flexible when frozen and the velcro straps are tough. They come with a plastic bag sleeve to insert them into before freezing, but the wrap would always come out with some frost on it, making me wonder if it’s better to not use the bag. Something to experiment with, but I’m done using them for now so I might never know.
