I love this as a general seasoning rub for steaks, chops and chicken. It has a nice blend of garlic and pepper. I don't know if it is because our humidity in the Great Lakes region tends to be higher, but both my jars have tended to clump together. I even noticed it on a jar that arrived a week ago. The first jar has become one solid glob which I need to separate with a sharp instrument whenever I want to use it. (I haven't looked up how to losen spices that have coagulated like this; but there must be some way to do it. I haven't had this problem with the other Spiceology products I've ordered though.

This Spiceology mix of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic is a must-have. It is savory, pungent, and warmly spiced. The heat from the pepper, combined with the aromatic, sweet, and spicy garlic, is enhanced by the perfect balance of salt. I will be using this in many dishes, so it is a go-to in my kitchen. It can only enhance any dish you use it in. Try it in Top Ramen, yeah baby!!! I'm so happy that I bought two!
