The low heat calaframo ecofan does exactly what it is advertised to do It works automatically with the heat of the propane stove, blowing the hot air outwards into the room, heating up the room as expected. It is a wonderful invention. I am very impressed with how quiet and efficient this fan performs.

I simply love these little things. I have a small propane stove in my family room that sits close to the stairwell leading up to the kitchen. Before buying two of these fans the heat went straight up to the kitchen and left my downstairs family room cold. I bought one and found that it wasn’t quite enough to circulate the air so I bought a second one and together they circulate the warmth throughout my 900 square-foot family room. I love that they simply run off of the heat generating from the stove and there is absolutely no sound when the fans are running. They even fit in nicely with my farmhouse rustic industrial motif. Highly recommend!

I have a gas stove (Jotul Allagash) in my great room that heat about 2/3 of the house. Does a fabulous job but the heat can be very uneven. My chair just 10 feet away can be 5 degree colder, so I was looking for a way to even out the heat. A small electric fan was too much always felt like a cool breeze. I bought the Ecofan about a month ago and it's done a fabulous job. Only runs while the stove is warmed up and running very gentle moving of the heat and the temperature differential at my chair (10 ft away) is now about 1 degree. Worth every penny!

I bought this for the new gas stove installed this year. I live in an 1100+ sq ft cottage and needed a way to distribute the heat without using a noisy stove fan. I had my reservations in regards to the fan I just bought but it does an excellent job of keeping my entire house warm and without any noise. In the morning I use the overhead ceiling fan to help distribute the heat but turn that off after the house has come to temperature. These fans come in a variety of styles so read the directions carefully before purchasing. A lot of the fans offered are for woodstoves and those don't work well on the pellet or gas stoves.

Installed on top of my woodstove insert. When heated it directs air into the room. Cheaper fans do little besides spinning around. They’re gimmicks. You get what you pay for.

Have a Harman, brand new pellet stove. On one of the highest settings without blowing up the oven, the fan blade moves at a pace your eyes can easily track one blade at a time. Not nearly worth it. I have it in the hottest part of the stove. Cannot hold my hand on that part for more then 2 seconds or it’ll burn my hand. It is a very small fan that reminds me of a Christmas Tree ornament almost. May be good for wood stoves where the surface is searing hot like a cooking stove, but probably not a pellet stove.

I have the 812 model. It's pretty good. This one (BelAir) is so much better for the money. I can feel the difference in the air movement with my hand. With the 812 model......I know it works because we blew cigarette smoke into it. But you can't necessarily feel the air movement. The BelAir is definitely moving much more air. If you've got the money for the 812 model.......you probably have an extra for the BelAir. Go for it. In my opinion....it's worth it! It just works! It works good!

I highly recommend the Ecofan Belair heat-powered stove-top fan for use with a gas powered heating stove. It is extremely quiet and efficient. It helped raise the room temperature by 3 degrees in about a half hour, from a cold start. Additionally, when the stove (whch is automatic on/off) shut off, the fan continued to run--moving residual warm air from the stove--for another 30 minutes!! That was totallly unexpected, but MUCH appreciated. I believe it will enhance my stove's ability to keep my house warm during a power outage--which is very important to me. Great product with a 2-year warranty!!

Using the Ecofon 806 Belair on a Harmony 5 oil stove. Works great and really distributes the warm air around the house. My stove is installed in an old fireplace alcove and there was a lot of heat trapped in this zone with the steel register plate above the stove becoming very, very hot and obviously loosing a lot of heat up the chimney. Now the register plate is only just warm and obviously the heat is now going into the house and not 'up the lum'. Wish I had bought it years ago !!!! As a point of interest, I did try the Ecofan 812 AirMax, being rather less expensive, but designed for hotter woodburner stoves, I was curious to see how it performed. It worked OK but with the lower oil stove top temperature was probably not running at an optimum speed so I purchased the 806 BelAir model and the original 812 fan is now spinning happily on my sons woodburner. He thinks it is great and he is not easy to please !!

Sehr schönes Teil. Funktioniert ab ca. 55°C Oberflächentemperatur des Ofens. Egal, ob Blech oder Sandstein. Ich stelle es zuerst auf das Blech, damit es schneller anspringt. Der Luftstrom ist kaum wahrnehmbar, aber vorhanden. So soll es sein. Man möchte ja nicht geföhnt werden. Die Raumverteilung der Wärme funktioniert so jedenfalls besser. Der Fuß des Kaminventilators erwärmt sich, ein verbautes Thermoelement produziert dann genau den Strom, den ein kleiner Motor benötigt, um das Flügelrad zu drehen. Klasse Technik. Es gibt alle Ersatzteile nachzukaufen, falls benötigt.

天板温度80度、全面扉温度200度の状態で、ソープストーンの天板で十分回っています。 ファイヤーサイドの駒ヶ根のショップでは「ソープストーンの薪ストーブでは・・・・。」といわれたのですが、天板温度が80度ぐらいで必ず回っています。 （「あれ？回らない？」と思っても、ちょっと羽をさわってあげると回り始めます。） ただし、サーキュレーターとして利用を考えているのなら、扇風機の方がはるかに効果があります。 （ストーブのアクセント・装飾品としてであればお勧めです。） HETAの薪ストーブ輸入元であるファイアーサイドの製品ですから安心感もあります。

Bonjour à tous Très déçu du produit Ce ventilateur de poils m’a donné satisfaction que 15 jours passer ce délai, il ne démarre plus Obligé de le lancer à la main, il tourne quelques instants et s’arrête malgré la température élevée du poil J’avais mis le paquet au niveau du prix pour avoir quelque chose de qualité, et c’est tout le contraire Les ventilateurs premier prix sont 10 fois plus performant que celui-ci Peut-être je suis tombé sur une mauvaise série, mais ce n’est pas excusable vu son coût Bien sûr, j’ai dépassé les délais de retournement du produit et je me vois contraint de le jeter tout simplement, il ne me sert plus à rien Un échange de produits par le vendeur serait le bienvenu Peut-être est-ce juste un défaut de fabrication, mais je ne peux pas en mettre la faute Merci d’avance Je vous tiens au courant
