I have to give this company a 5 star review for their amazing customer service. I purchased this firepit a couple of months ago for my new home and was so excited when it came. It is such a cute firepit and completed our porch. However, from the moment I got it I was having issues with lighting it and then keeping the flame on. I reached out to them and they were always so quick to respond. They helped me with trouble shooting and sending out multiple different replacement parts. After trying everything and switching out parts, still having issues unfortunately. They are sending me out a replacement firepit and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and thanked me for my patience through this whole process. Shout out to Martha who has been helping me through it all! Can't wait for my new firepit :)

Really love this fire pit. First picture is with the lava rocks that come with it. Purchased blue glass rocks and the white orbs and took it to the next level. Easy assembly if any, and well worth the price. Works great and gives off a lot of heat. Flames go high.

It's beautiful and works perfect but put the cover on it when you think it will rain and in the fall. Some leaves fell on top of it and stained the top. I had to spray bleach on top and let it sit there to get the dark ugly leaf stains out. Also, I bought blue glass instead of what they give you .

Heavy, but looks great on my back porch with my patio furniture! Works great as well and is easy to use!

I love the shape and height of this fire pit as the last one I had was too tall and blocked the view when sitting in lower and Rondack chairs. It is so cute and love the propane tank cover that comes with it that also serves as a table, I love love, love, it couldn’t recommend it more!

Very loud with gas at half or above, missed the same price option of clicking pit, tank cover and wind guard for the same price. Vendor wants another $100 now for the wind guard after the fact.

Only had the product 13months and used it 4 times. Love it, however when I sit it up in June of this year it doesn’t work. Tried switching tanks (both tanks work perfectly fine on my grill) but the gas still isn’t going to the igniter, consequently haven’t been able to use it , contacted the company who makes this firepit and their answer was your warranty has expired can’t help. Seriously, purchased May 21;2024 received it June 18 2024, set it up this year June 21st and it didn’t work, contacted Cosiest Mfg. customer service and reply was your warranty has expire. 1 month and they can’t do anything. Not a reputable company, save your money, cost me a total of 568.00 and nothing
