I have been taking Nature's Craft Resveratrol for just over a week and I am really happy I stumbled on to these veggie capsules. First off, I have a heart condition so I am unable to use caffeine or any kind of stimulants to help me lose weight because of the effect they have on my heart. I am so pleased with this product! I thought because of my complexity medical health problems taking these supplement it would cause a delay on the results. Great value! The taste is rather strong, but if you drink a gulp of water right before and after, the bad taste is mostly masked. It is fairly easy to swallow, but it is a capsule so it's not quite as easy as a pill. Overall, the product is effective!

I've taken the full month supply of these supplements. Twice a day, after a meal, and they were easy to swallow. First week after taking, I've noticed I had more energy. Second week after taking, I didn't have the brain fog and was able to concentrate and stay on task. Third week, my arthritic hands weren't hurting as bad as they usually do. After the 4th week, I'm feeling better and healthier. These pills are very helpful for me and I'm glad I've tried them. I have recommended them to my family.
