What should I do if the bike shock absorber squeaks?

The higher the frequency of riding with shock absorbers, the more kilometers they will travel. It is necessary to lubricate the travel tube. If there is mud or sand, it should be cleaned to make it more durable and avoid abnormal sounds

How do I choose the right spring rate (lbs) for my weight?

It depends on your ride style. Generally, 550lbs is ideal for riders under 180lbs. If you’re around 200lbs or ride aggressive trails, consider a higher spring rate or tighten the preload adjustment to prevent "bottoming out" on rough terrain.

Is this shock absorber suitable for my bicycle?

We recommend measuring your stock shock’s eye-to-eye length before ordering to ensure a perfect fit for your specific custom build. It is suitable for electric bicycles, mountain bikes, etc, popular upgrades for Razor SX500/MX650
