Synology E10G22-T1-Mini 10GbE SFP+add-in-card 2 port - 10GbE RJ-45 network upgrade module

This is a normal RJ45 10GBit PCIe adapter and NOT an SFP+ adapter as stated. I still does the job but not disturbance free as Optical would be.

The module arrived on time and integrated cleanly into my Synology environment. I had previously tried a third-party “compatible” alternative to save a few dollars, but it never negotiated properly and was effectively a non-starter, which made the delay much more expensive than the price difference. Once I installed the OEM module, the NAS came online with full 10GbE connectivity and immediately played nicely with the rest of my backbone. For a storage platform, compatibility and stability matter more than saving a few dollars upfront, and this was the correct choice. Across my network, the Synology now operates exactly as expected with the other 10GbE devices, and the difference in reliability was obvious. I’d strongly recommend sticking with the original module if you want predictable results.

Elle fonctionne normalement. Mais elle est très très chère comparée à des cartes 2.5gbps à 20 ou 30 balles version pcie classiques. Un connecteur interne et support métallique adapté au NAS ne justifient pas les plus de 150 balles d'une carte réseau ayant un chipset "classique 2.5gbps" Mais c'est comme tout avec Synology, une fois dans l'ecosystème, on achète ou on apprend à s'en passer.

Easy to install and configure. Have two networks on my server and was easy to mount the NAS on the 10gb link.
