Gaming chair that doesn't allow your head to tilt back is a crime! Between my car and my gaming chair, my head do not have the opportunity to tilt back with support. Lately, I have been getting neck stiffness. Usually, things get better after sleep but not this time. It gotten a lot worse and the chair I'm sitting on a lot do not provide the support my neck needs.I can't say I can attribute my recovery fully on this neck pillow alone, but it does help in giving my neck the supports it needs to engage my neck muscle instead of the void that was usually there. I took my vitamin D and walking outside in the sun to make sure I'm not vitamin D deficient.Now I can move my head freely without pain and I have found myself asleep twice on my chair. It was that comfortable.It slipped on my chair with no strap adjustment and it was at the proper height (roughly). I do need to do micro adjustment to get it at the right part of the neck, but once it's there, I can rest on it without it moving around.There are two bumps at the back to massage your back muscles that I wasn't initially fond of. But it grew on me and I like them there now.The cover material is very smooth and comfortable. This is unlike my previous lumbar support cover that has weird texture that can grab onto my thin T-Shirt's thread and pulling them out. I had to put regular T-Shirt over it if I want to make sure my T-Shirt I was wearing won't get messed up. I'm contemplating on getting the lumbar support from this company as well now. I've been using my sleeping pillow currently as lumbar support.

I have major neck issues with three herniated discs in my neck and I need surgery. Most chairs don't come with the support I need. This has been an excellent addition to my chair. I like the way it is shaped. The only thing I would like to be a little bit better as for the foam to be a little more firm and supportive.

Good size, comfortable. Looks like it might be too bulky, but it's not.

I needed to replace the original pillow that went missing on my chair but this was not the best. The support in the middle goes up too far and awkwardly hits my neck and makes my head tilt back. I personally like the bare seat better because this issue. The quality is nice and it was easy to throw on the chair but the fitment to me wasn’t great
