LOVE this Computer, Should have upgraded Sooner !
This is a great computer, especially for me... a "non-Tech" senior, with easy set up ... Simple! Finally upgraded, and this made me want to throw rocks at my old PC. I love the large screen, the monitor display quality.... and how fast it is. With my limited space, it's great that it is "all-in-one". Overall very happy. the specs this unit had were very good for the price. I'll just add a wireless mouse and it's perfect! (I did finally break down and buy Office 365 ). But with this , I cancelled my "Geek" membership...so that paid for it.

Nice Computer
This HP all in one desktop PC is pretty nice. The setup is quick and simple. It comes with a keyboard, mouse and monitor as well as the cords required to use them. The screen is large, clear and a good quality. It has Windows features and it runs well. It’s kind of slow when you power it on but it’s fairly fast and very responsive once it gets going. The memory is plenty for our purposes. I did have to uninstall several things that we won’t use, but that was also a quick and simple process. There’s a webcam that sits inside the monitor, which is quite nice if/when you won’t be using it. I’d recommend it!

Smaller than it looks but works okay...
Smaller size / Higher price. That's inflation for you. This PC isn't that bad but it took me a bit to set up Windows and Micro Edge of which I'm not fond of. This came with Windows 11 and as soon as I did the required windows updates, I came up with a double install on the graphics update. The update keeps trying to install and can't because it's already installed. Windows 11 won't let you hide a update so far. So here we are. Windows 11 in a failure. At least it's not a critical failure. Will probably get corrected in some future install pack. Sad Windows has these constant problems. In my case, I am working through getting all my PC's out of the spinning hard drives. Solid State Drive (SSD) is more reliable. Faster start ups. Cooler to run and much less noise. Come on Windows. Get it together. Overall happy with this otherwise.

No warranty
It's a nice computer all in one, until something goes wrong. I bought this in Dec. 2023. The M key is sticking and the N key is starting. This morning it wouldn't turn on. I contacted HP Support and although it shows that I have a warranty until November 2024, they won't honor it. They say that the seller modified the storage from 4 g RAM to 16 and that voids the warranty. They said I need to contact the seller or Amazon. Anyone ever had success with that??? This is a scam. I bought it for the storage. No where does it say it's been modified. Before it died I did a diagnostic test and it showed problems with the hard drive. Less than 6 months and it’s dead. Amazon should put warnings on these things so consumers know what they’re getting!UPDATE: After fighting with the seller, HP, Amazon and filing a claim with the Consumer Protection Bureau, Amazon has agree to refund the purchase price. I bought another computer but directly from HP this time. Buyer beware!!!!

Great looking
We needed a new computer for our personal use at home. This computer is NOT a touch screen.I asked some tech friends and they gave me some parameters of what to look for. I got way more ram and storage than they suggested as a minimum. I got the brand they suggested. The only thing that this computer “ lacks” is a slower processor than they suggested as this is “slower” than an i3. They suggested an i7 but honestly for the price i paid and now that we have this computer up and going it works just fine. Maybe if you were gaming or something then you would be a newer / faster processor but for average people like us the price was great and we feel we got a great new computer. Very happy with the purchase

Great value for money
This all-in-one computer is a great value and money well spent.Operation is smooth and flawless. I am quite pleased with everyaspect of it.I think it needs to be mentioned that the version of Windows 11that it comes pre installed with is Windows 11-S. There was muchmention of this, since Windows S ties you to Microsoft exclusively, but provides greater security. This can ruin your day if you use anyNon Microsoft programs or even Browsers. Not to worry, you canchange this in the Microsoft App Store easily enough. It will allowyou to get rid of the S Version, but you must try it one time andthen wait 24 hrs and try again. It will work the second time, afteryou wait the 24 hrs.I highly recommend this computer, and the seller shipped it fastand very well packed.
