Not worth it!
The arch is too small to be any kind of support. This purchase was a complete waste of money. Actually made my sandals less comfortable and hurt my feet.

Perfect for high arch issues. Most foot gel supports are soft and suitable for flat feet… and not for high arch feet. However, this one’s firm & helps my feet feel level & arches supported.
