Best to put on right before bed. no walking around
And this product seems to be good so far can't tell much and changes in my body yet. Probably not the products Fault and they stick to your feet all night as long as you don't sleep well lol

Didn't stick to my skin, used tape instead. I stop using after 2nd day.

Easy to use, even though you have to assemble the pad onto the adhesive straps. Did feel less knee and hip pain after 3 or 4 uses.
