My sister highly recommended this oil. She had gum surgery and veneers on her front teeth. She was having a rough time her gums were bleeding and raw. She had a difficult time healing and recovering. Everything she used made her raw gums inflamed adding more sensitivity to her recovery. She ordered this oil and started oil pulling, almost right away her gum felt better. She continued oil pulling and made a remarkable recovery. Her gums healed beautifully without any issues. I was eating popcorn and bit down on a half popped kernel. It cracked my crown causing and infection. I have an abscess that’s very painful. I Went to the dentist and was quoted over $4000 to pull and get an implant. I don’t have $4000 grand laying around so my next option is to get rid of this infection while I search for another dentist. I’ve been oil pulling for a couple weeks and each day my abscess is shrinking. It’s still there but not as big. It was the size of a pea and have shrunken to a small size—> o. I am very satisfied with this oil. It’s kinda of daunting to swish and oil pull for 2 minutes or more every night. Your mouth does gets tired. So I multi task while I oil pull I would wash my face.. I’ll keep it in my mouth longer if I’m showering. I don’t spit it down any drain. They said oil will eventually clog the drain. I spit it in the trash can. It said to brush afterward but I prefer the oil slick in my mouth with the fresh minty flavor. My breath smells fresh and clean. I really love this product. It comes with a soft toothbrush and tongue scrapper.

This is my second time purchasing this oil pulling mouthwash, and that alone says how much I like it. The coconut and peppermint flavor is refreshing and not overpowering. Tongue scraper is high quality and easy to clean. The tooth brush is soft bristled and very nice. The mouth wash tastes awful but it is effective so worth it.

However, the whitening effect is very minimal and takes a long time to notice, if at all. The texture is smooth and not unpleasant, but it’s not as effective as traditional whitening products. It’s fine as a natural option for oil pulling, but I wouldn’t rely on it alone for noticeable results.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this brand. Pulling oil, toothpaste allllll of it! I can’t use fluoride products, or any other big brand oral care products. They all tear my mouth up and leave me with rashes and sores. I switched to guru Nanda products and not only has all the bad symptoms gone away, but my teeth are actually whitening and healthy! I went to my 6 month dental checkup and they were so impressed with the cleanliness of my teeth. Asked me what I was doing and I told them Guru nanda! They were shocked I went fluoride and chemical free and said they never would have expected that! But guess what, this brand works. Their pulling oil is phenomenal and their toothpaste is as well. I will never use another brand again!
