I have a vitamin D deficiency but upon doing research I found it's pointless to take vitamin D supplements without K2. They go hand in hand! I've found a good amount of products that offer the pair of supplements together but most are horse pills. These are tasty gummies that go down easy and aren't a drag to have to take every day. The gummies aren't chewy or full of sugar either. A lot of certifications on the bottle that made me feel most at ease with taking every day. The price is fair and the product is definitely worth the cost. I highly recommend this product!

Very tasty, easy to swallow and size is smaller which I prefer. Doesn’t upset my stomach either. Price is good. Will har to see my bloodwork after one month to see if they are effective. Will update.
