2022 Samsung Galaxy S22 5G, 128GB, Pink Gold (Renewed)

There are plenty of reviews online about the handset - excellent choice for a premium small-form phone, but I wanted to comment on the Refurbished element. Absolutely first class service all round. Arrived one day earlier than the expected delivery date. Handset was professionally packed in a fold-out box, and even came with a charger!The charger is one of the slower types, but as most phones (no matter how expensive) don't even come with this included these days, it was most welcome. The only other thing in the package was the small tool for opening the SIM Card drawer.The phone itself is in immaculate condition - you would not know it was refurbished at all. Once charged the installation was straightforward and it works perfectly. I've waited a few days before reviewing to check the battery performance, as that seems to be a concern with refurbished handsets, but I've no complaints. It needs charged at around the same time as my Pixel 8 Pro with similar usage.All in all I'll be planning to upgrade next summer, but to another relatively recent model refurbished handset, rather than spending fortunes on the latest must-have gadget. Just make sure to go for a refurb listed as 'Excellent'.

I like the phone overall, it did arrive in good condition with only 2 marks that are only visible upon close inspection. I believe after about 4 months the battery started to deteriorate and now at 6 months it loses charge very quickly. I always have my phone on power saving mode and have it set to only charge to 80% to ensure battery health. Since the battery is worse, I checked the phones battery activity in settings and I can see that after charging my phone to 80% and about 20 minutes of screen time the battery rapidly decreased even though the phone wasn't being used and then completely died after 4 hours. Again this was in the standard power saving mode with zero screen time. The background app usage also appears to be relatively low and no different than usual. Previously an 80% charge would last overnight and still have 60-70% charge by the morning.

Was informed the phone would be delivered later in the week. Instead it was delivered by 9am the next day - very impressed. Also, the quality of the phone, advertised as 'good', just a couple of small scratches on the screen but the saving I have made on the product outweighs this and I am very impressed with the quality. If you are not bothered about the phone being delivered in the original box then I would definitely recommend this company. The phone arrived well packaged with a charger, plug and SIM pin/opener included. One year guarantee included. I would definitely use again.

Battery lasts a few hours at best, condition looks good but its forever running out of battery or on charge.

The box the phone came in was sturdy, and had compatible accessories, most important of which being the pin to open the SIM card tray. The phone itself came in perfect condition; no marks or scuffs. Some of its protectors were still intact, namely the ones along the sides of the phone. Setting up was fast and phone runs smoothly. Battery is currently draining a bit fast but that's more likely because of stress from data transfer. Amazing steal for the price!

My boyfriend ordered this it arrived in a reasonable time! He loves it but doesn't like how small the screen is he’s use to a bigger screen but he’s getting used to it and loves the camera quality and everything! It looks brand new and we have had no issues

Le téléphone est arrivé très bien emballé.. Aucune égratignures sauf quelques micro égratignure sur l'écran avant... Cependant la batterie ne tenais pas. Elle descendais beaucoup trop vite.. J'ai donc du le retourner malheureusement... Il faudrait que les compagnie qui vendent ces téléphones indique le cyclage de la batterie... ex: 75% ou 80% ou 90 % comme le fait Apple...Je vous recommande tout de même leurs produits
