Delicious!
These are such a great treat! The Carmel vanilla flavor is my favorite. The texture is soft with a very subtle snap to the waffle. It helps me reach my fiber intake. I also will eat one right before I run. Gives me a little boost!

Kids Loved Them, Just Not My Favorite
tried the Rip Van Wafels Dutch Caramel & Vanilla Stroopwafels (Non-GMO) as a snack option for the family. The kids absolutely loved them. They’re sweet, soft, and easy to grab for a quick snack. The caramel and vanilla flavor combo was a big hit, and they didn’t last long in the pantry. One thing I do like is that they’re only 120 calories with just 3 grams of sugar per waffle. That makes them a lighter snack option compared to a lot of other sweet treats. For me personally, they were just okay. Falls Description not keto item
In amazone description it says keto friendly But in packages it is not mention this at all And it has hight sugar and high carbohydrates What make it not keto friendly And i cant return it back becouse the amazone policy dosent allow me

Purchased by mistake, read the carbs wrong, but I do remember buying these a few yrs ago! Couldn't help myself, they are still as delicious as I remember! Ate 2 last night, did not affect my weight loss at all, of course I had to weigh myself this morning. My son would open 1 up & sit it on top of his cup of coffee, the heat would soften the caramel between the wafers. Absolutely recommend, you won't be disappointed!☺️
