The bitter flavor without added sugar is a hit for me
I like this a lot. I'm looking for alternatives to enjoying a special beverage because alcohol is just not doing it for me anymore. At 50, do not recover overnight, or sleep well when I have even 1 beer or 1 cocktail, even though I feel fine the next day. I appreciate that this is not sweet, and very bitter. The flavors that push through for me are grapefruit first, then rosemary, but I also taste lemon and and ginger. My husband wasn't a fan, so you are just going to have to try it. There's a chance you'll hate it, but you also might love it. I am going to try someone's suggestion and mix it with fresca to give it a hint of sweetness, and add an orange peel for freshness. It's a pretty bottle, too, which adds to the ritual of making a special drink.

! Ghia is the Sophisticated, Low-Sugar Future of Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Ghia Apéritif is a game changer for anyone seeking a sophisticated, non-alcoholic option that truly captures the complexity of a classic bitter aperitif. Its sweetness level is refreshingly low, just enough to balance the botanicals, while the bitterness is pronounced and complex, drawing comparisons to high-end Italian bitters like Campari or Cynar, but without the harsh burn of alcohol. It's incredibly easy to mix, creating an instantly satisfying Spritz (2 oz Ghia + 4 oz soda), and is highly versatile for creative cocktails with ginger beer or tonic. The product's premium feel is backed by superior quality ingredients and stunning, heavy-bottle packaging that looks fantastic on a bar cart. Crucially, the nutritional profile is a huge selling point, with minimal sugar and only 5 calories per serving, making it easy to enjoy a Ghia Spritz most nights of the week without a second thought. Highly recommended

Disgusting Bitter Cough Syrup. Nowhere close to Negroni.
Bitter cough syrup. It tastes abolutely horrible. It is nowhere close to the taste of a real negroni. Do not waste you money. Absolutely the worst drink I've tried.

Can replicate a decently refreshing alcoholic beverage
I enjoyed this as it is strong enough flavors to mix a shot with sparkling water over ice and pass as an alcoholic beverage.

Lives up to the hype
What a tasty non-alcoholic aperitif. It is definitely for adult tastes. It's a nice mix of bitters and citrus flavors. It holds up to any mixer you choose. I appreciate that it is not sweet. I feel it's worth the price, especially if you compare it to the price of an alcoholic aperitif.

FIVE STARS!
This product is absolutely amazing! It strikes the perfect balance: not too sweet, yet not too bitter. The touch of bitterness is spot-on, giving it that sophisticated flavor reminiscent of an Aperol Spritz, but without being overly orangey. I was able to whip up a delicious spritz with it in no time; my favorite combo is with strawberry lemonade and Tito’s vodka. The result is light, refreshing, and incredibly tasty! The ingredients are clearly high-quality, and the elegant packaging makes it feel truly luxurious. Plus, the sugar and calorie content are surprisingly reasonable for something that tastes this good. I can’t recommend it enough!

It’s interesting…
I’m a Negroni lover who quit drinking a year ago. Looking for something with natural ingredients and no added sugar to sip on. First, the product was packed well and the bottle is nice. The decorative cork top broke off upon the initial opening forcing me to use a corkscrew to open it. I mixed 1.5 oz Ghia with maybe 6 oz club soda. It has an interesting flavor, but doesn’t really mimic a Negroni or any appertivo I’ve ever had. Some may like the taste, others will not as with anything. The flavor didn’t hit the spot for me. The rosemary was too heavy in the mix. I don’t like the way it lingers in your mouth. I’ll stick with something like a Phony Negroni or one of the othe NA appertivos, unfortunately most have added sugar or preservatives I don’t care for.

MUST REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING!!!
Really disappointed. Beautiful bottle/careful packaging, and the product tastes good. But it’s very EXPENSIVE. It was a splurge and I was very excited about it. I drank some instead of alcohol on New Years. As an alcohol replacement that only requires a one ounce shot per mocktail, I treated it like a fine, fancy botanical infusion treat. I left it on the kitchen counter overnight, tightly corked. I drank more the following night and had horrible stomach pain! I had eaten my normal healthy diet, so I was perplexed. I began doing research and in teeny tiny lettering on the back of the bottle (listed in a small loop around the back label, it read that refrigeration is required. I further read that this juice should be tossed out if left unrefrigerated for more than two hours and drinking it after a day can cause serious gastrointestinal issues. Great! $40 down the drain AND I’m in pain. The refrigeration instructions need to be far more prominent and easier to read. Really bummed.
