Had Mrs Bridges Blackcurrant Preserve when I was in Scotland - it's delicious - I was so excited to find that Amazon sells it - I think it is the best tasting of all the different flavors

Absolutely delicious

I bought this at Marshall's once and fell in love with the high quality and delicious jam. the fruits are whole in it. I had a hard time finding it again, but did find it on line at Amazon and bought several jars that come in a box. The second order I placed, I put in storage without looking inside the box. I still had one jar left and that lasts a while. By the time I opened the box, one jar had leaked and it was beyond the limit of time to ask for a refund on that one. So do open the box when you get the jam, store the jars upright (should have), and make sure there aren't any leaks. Again, it was only one out of ordering 2 boxes over time. I will continue to order it on line through Amazon. It's sooo yummy.

Granted, this is delicious Black Currant Preserves, but for one third the price, Tiptree (Wilkin and Sons - England) is every bit as good and available here on Amazon.

Super good 😌 nice touch with the wrapped presentation. The jar top upcycled into a hat for Elmo as a bonus. Wish black current was more common. Special treat and great with toast!

Delicious. I have tried five other blackcurrant preserves on Amazon. This is the best tasting blackcurrant preserve I have tasted in 20 years. It is expensive, so it will be a periodic treat, interspersed with other tasty fruit preserves. Just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. Great consistency.

I do wish it had been better packed, but did arrive with the seal intact This is high quality, thick consistency with full fruit. TASTE IS SUPERB. It is not overly sweet and color is rich & dark. Took me back 70 years. Yep, I'm old enough to know what REAL food should taste like. The jar is attractive and size is easy to handle. Very pleased.

read some positive reviews for this preserve so thought i would try some.got 6 jars for just over 7 pounds.it is absolutely amazing full of fruit not too sweet and a whopping 2021 expiry date this is probably unopened but ive opened a jar and trust me it wont take long to go.theres a little wait on these but its worth it

The package arrived promptly as promised, really well packed and well worth waiting for. The taste was delicious and took me back to my childhood when my Mother made her own jam with fresh fruit from the garden. A little more expensive than regular jams but Mrs Bridges will be supplying my preserves for a long time.

Excellent jam which won't last long in our house.
