What is the duty cycle?

I don't know. It's not listed on the name plate with the voltage, phase, etc. I've run it for an hour or more at a time on a 2" x 72" belt grinder. It runs smoothly and is quiet for a 2 Hp. electric motor. I can't stall it even with a 36 grit belt on the machine.

All-white wires. It states to connect a1, 3 and 8 together. For another power connection, they state to connect 2,4,6. Are they power and return?
