I have had multiple face steamers, this one has been my favorite so far! It doesn’t get too hot, the steam is a good stream that is able to steam your whole face. I love that it lasts for longer than 20 minutes without having to refill the tank. I am very happy with this steamer, it is a good quality product!

I absolutely love this face steamer! I feel very bougie while using it laying in my tub lounging in a warm bath. I have one small issue with it. The essential oil compartment has gotten so hot from the steam that it has melted the plastic sliding cover so it's extremely hard to open to use essential oils. The plastic has been etched by the heat. I just left the door open while using it. Other than that, it works fabulously. The steam is strong and I love it. I wish I could use the compartment for my essential oils.

Compact, well designed, plenty of steam, well, very easy to install, well meet my expectation.

This product is a game changer for a novice face steaming girl at home. Works well doesn’t make a lot of noise very functional as far as moving it around where you use it easy to clean. I highly recommend the steamer and I’ve ordered quite a few over the years.

The steamer performs well , However, the power cord is quite short, which makes it less convenient to use without an extension cord. Additionally, the water reservoir is not removable, making it difficult to dry completely. This could lead to moisture buildup and possible hygiene concerns over time. That is why I put 4 star.

I absolutely love the steamer. It actually works a lot better than my expensive steamer that I keep in my esthetician room.. I use this steamer for traveling esthetician work. It works great, and it is very reliable, but after a year I ended up having to buy a new one, I noticed that it was turning color, and had build up on it. I did try to clean it, but there is really no cleaning it. The best thing to do is use distilled water so for now on I will use distilled water so I do not get the mineral buildup.. The steam comes out nice and strong . The removable handle is awesome because you can move it around to where it can reach your client. I really love the steamer, and it’s always reliable! I definitely recommend it!!!!

I couldn’t be more disappointed in this steamer. I bought it about six months ago. When it arrived I ran some distilled water and a tad of white vinegar through it before my first use. I have only ever used distilled water in it. I always clean it the best that I can after use, and I do everything possible to get the chamber dried out. However, I noticed that the inside chamber never fully does dry out. I wanted to use it yesterday, and something inside caught my eye. There was black mold in it. I had a feeling that was going to happen. I tried everything I even put isopropyl alcohol in it and swished it around for a long time. The mold will not come out. I now have to throw away my six month old 60$ steamer. So unfortunate that they couldn’t have made a more sanitary unit. I do not recommend buying this steamer.

Steamer worked better than described. We are using this steamer to keep our 4c curls hydrated. Steam treatments and deep conditioning go a long way in maintaining natural curls. We have begun using the steam to refresh the curls instead of spraying water in the morning and the difference is night and day. The steamer emits steam for plenty of time to be able to hydrate and style the hair with plenty of water remaining to cleanse the face and wipe down the mirror! The process is so simple - simply remove the water plug, fill with distilled water, replace the plug, and turn the steamer on. The steam nozzle is fully adjustable and does not require any hands to operate. It will stand on any flat surface allowing you to keep your hands free for styling or cleansing. The steamer includes facial tools, a spa facial towel, essential oil pads if you would like to do aroma therapy, and a case to hold the tools. The whole kit is what you would expect to see at the aesthetician’s chair. Very excited to keep using it.

It’s not possible to clean it hygienically and so I will not be using it as I do not want Legionnaires Disease. The instructions are rubbish and the design is bad.
