This is an old‑school product, but definitely a goodie. Definitely gives you energy throughout the day and has numerous essential vitamins, minerals, nutrients and herbs. I was taking Liquid Gold by Source of Life but find this to work better for me in terms of the ingredients and energy it provides. I take up to a capful in cold water in the morning. I tried it before bed one night and was up all night so don’t do what I did.

While it's not the best tasting stuff, you can read the label to see the myriad of good stuff it contains. We've found that this product, which we call "goo", is loaded with healthy things and it keeps our energy levels up. After taking it for a while, if you stop, you don't really notice. But when you start it back up again, you definitely notice the overall improved feeling of well-being. We take half doses pretty much every day, which seems to be adequate. They could improve on the flavor a bit (although with all those nutrients that may be tough), and they could lower the cost somewhat (which is why we take the half doses - it can get pricey otherwise). We have also found that taking it after a surgery or illness definitely helps with the healing process. As for the taste, you get used to that. You can also use it as an additive to healthy breakfast drinks like smoothies and protein shakes.
