PocketBook Shell - Navy Blue Cover for Era

Pleasant to hold, feeling like leather, is not slippery when you hold it.

Have had this case for just over a month, in a carrying bag, and already the thin plastic holding the e-reader in is broken. Not even sure how or when it broke. Don't really have much faith in this protecting the e-reader when it breaks this easily and quickly.Two months in, the fake leather is peeling off in strips, and the black gloss paint is chipping off.

This cover fits well on my Era and has a magnet that allows it to cover the screen without any problem. I got the navy blue, but the blue look more blackish than blue. Overall, I like it.

Update - Nach rund 2,5 Monaten Dauereinsatz bei einem Vielleser ist heute eine Ecke der Hülle beim Aufklappen abgebrochen. Das Pocketbook ist nie runtergefallen, ist mir ein völliges Rätsel warum jetzt eine Ecke abbröselt und 2,5 Monate sind nun wirklich kein Zeitraum, wo so ein Kunststoff spröde werde könnte. Wenn ist jetzt einmal fallen sollte, ist eine Ecke des teuren Pocketbooks ungeschützt. Vielleicht war es vorher schon beschädigt, ohne dass ich es gesehen habe, auf jeden Fall für mich ein Grund meine Bewertung nach unten zu korrigieren.Das Cover ist sehr flach und vergrößert das PocketBook kaum, hat eine sehr angenehme Oberfläche und sitzt einwandfrei. Die Farbe ist ein sehr dunkles Marinblau, fast schwarz. Kaufempfehlung!

Schönes Design, aber: Das Cover hat einen unangenehmen Geruch, der sich auch bei längerem Gebrauch nicht verflüchtigt. Zudem ist es nicht besonders haltbar. Beim Herausnehmen des Readers aus dem Cover ist eine der Kunststoff-Halteecken teilweise ausgebrochen.
