Great caramel from Ghirardelli, well worth the price! We use it on our lattes in the morning a few times a week. The bottle doesn't leak when turned upside down for storage, which is very important to me! Delicious!

Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce has a great white chocolate fragrance and taste and is not overly sweet like other sauces which complements my confectionary and coffee really well

This is the best chocolate sauce. I would buy it more often but it's so expensive. For customers who haven't tried this before, I wouldn't bother with the pump. The product is too thick for it to be useful. Stand the bottle upside-down for a few minutes before use, then just squeeze the bottle. When this doesn't work anymore, cut the bottle open and scape the rest into an airtight container. I know this may seem like a lot of work but I feel this syrup is worth it.
