So I bought a 3lb bag after craving Taffy for weeks and not wanting to take a drive to the shore. Unfortunately only a few had actual flavor. To my surprise many colors were flavorless.. super bland. We couldnt tell what they were supposed to be... So much so that it became a game for us to figure it out, which many times tasted like nothing. The ones that did have flavor so far have been pleasant some flavors were more prominent than others unfortunately the rest left much to be desired. I will say the taffy is super soft. Due to the quality issues I wouldn't purchase again but at least I could sorta soothe the Taffy craving dragon. Not sure about all the great reviews, but maybe I got a bad batch... All I know is next time, I'm driving to the shore.

If it was just taste and consistency, it would get 5 stars. But because there were a LOT of them stuck together, in a sticky mess, I would not purchase again. It's not a full 3lb when you have to pull it apart and throw all of the extra that is clumped on the OUTSIDE of the wrappers. When my package arrived it was packaged very neatly, but when I opened it the bag was very sticky, several of the pieces of the taffy were melted, which was my fault for ordering something like that in hot weather. The taffy is delicious and soft. There are so many different flavors to enjoy and you can have 5 pieces! So grab a bag of nostalgia and enjoy

Thought we’d treat ourselves to ‘a familiar taste from down the AC NJ Boardwalk’🥴😞 Again ‘it was ok’ but Sticky, not same ‘richness’ almost like a watered down version. Anyway, had purchased the 3lb bag, wanting to divide it amongst a cpl Neighbors also. We did, but with the EXPLANATION, “is ok but not the same as the Shore”. 😊👍 (BTW, honey called the Boardwalk Salt Water Shop & ordered more from them for us😉👍

Some of the flavors (banana, orange, whatever the blue one is, blueberry?) are good. The other flavors, that are all pretty difficult to identify without any kind of ID in the packaging, seem to either be really strong flavored or barely flavored at all. Most of them taste pretty similar too. This was definitely a quantity over quality purchase that I regret. Most of them will likely end up in the break room at work with a note saying “free candy”.
