Not too overwhelming
I purchased this mainly to use as an extract for when I make my pistachio ice cream. There wasn’t any leakage from the bottle as it was very well packaged and the smell of it was mild and not overpowering. It came in a couple of different sizes but I opted for a bigger size as I will be using it frequently, my pistachio ice cream is a favorite flavor.

Not for Yogurt
Tastes more 'lime-y' than like pistachio and has a bit of a 'perfume' like aftertaste; maybe it works better for cooking or baking, but I was trying to flavor greek yogurt and it is a no-go 🙃

Full of nutty flavor
This has become very hard to find in local stores. I ordered as soon as I discovered it on Amazon. It took a while to come, but was worth the wait. I use it for a pistachio pudding cake to increase the nutty flavor. Best I’ve had!!!

Very faint pistachio
Not a very strong pistachio flavor but still nice. The bottle is too wide mouth for pouring. I just made hole in foil on lid so I could pour.

Does NOT taste like pistachio at all
If you read the ingredients. It is made out of orange and vanilla extract. It has a very strong chemical smell. It is not a bad taste, however it tastes nothing like pistachio. NOTHING. The item arrived leaking, making my mailbox smell like baked goods. I do not believe this is a genuine flavor at all. I would try something else. PS- to all my amazon fellow members, please be extra careful when returning items nowadays, they are finding all kinds of ways and tricks to refuse refunds.

Falsely Labeled - Neither an extract of pistachio, nor flavored like it.
This IS NOT a pistachio extract. In fact it tastes nothing like pistachio. It tastes like cheap orange candy. They refused to take back the product because "it was opened" and "labeled". I did not believe I needed to make sure I wasn't being tricked. Since the name of the product is "pistachio extract" I just took that at face value. I had no idea it was a ruse to sell a product that was not what it said it was. So beyond selling a mislabeled and low quality product, the company are engaging in actively deceptive practices.
