I bought this because I have an oversized baking sheet for making bacon by the pound. It's my crunchy snack must-have. I was impressed at how impervious to the grease this was (more than the inexpensive paper I buy at the grocery store). And it's a good size to let the grease solidify and then can be put in the trash (not down the sink!). So, good purchase.

As kitemakers, we use these sheets to attached strapping tape strips for cross-cutting. The cut pieces are used in kids kitemaking to secure the spars and tail ribbons. We also use them for wrapping food so we don't have to use parchment off a roll, which curls after cutting off a piece, making it difficult to place food on for wrapping.

I bought the 18x26 and it’s a little too large for my standard size full sheet pans. May fault for not measuring. Also, I didn’t realize that the full sheet pan size comes folded. I’d prefer to have it flat. Other than that it’s a good thick parchment.
