Tastes good, great for a fast breakfast. A Healthy Breakfast Food. Eat from the bowl provided. Just add cold milk! No clean up after eating, the container is your cereal bowl, and the container can be thrown away if you choose. I appreciate the cost and value.

Perfect for snacks for young and old! A friend in nursing home and grandson after school, both enjoy these neat cups of cheerios! Either with milk or not, they are simple and easy treat...that is healthy too. Will be getting more of them!
