Real tools
High quality gift for anybody looking to get into archeology or just a teenager who's able to use more sharp instruments birthday gift. I purchased this with a couple archeology books and he's had a blast with it.

Great kit!
I have used this twice now for fossil digs. The carrying case is well made and sturdy enough to carry all the tools and withstand extra rock weight in it. I have used the tools and they do their job. The gloves may be small for men but fit my small hands. The extra pouches come in handy for finds that need tender care. I actually need more since fossils in shale seem to be a little delicate. Works as expected and I am very happy with the purchase.

No issues so far. Everything was in the kit that was supposed to be. I really like the small digging tool so far. The serrations on the side of the little spade (shovel?)have came in handy several times already. I would recommend.

Very nice set for my beginning young rock hound.
Worked very well for my beginning rockhound, age 11. Hope to get him out more to used these tools and identifying rocks.

Great for its price
Went to Crystal mining last summer for my birthday. These tools held up great and we really love the bags to store the crystals we had found. I will be using these for future trips crystal mining.
