It tastes like ice cream with protein powder mixed in. I like these because they are much easier to use then the pills you have to swallow. Because they are chewable I don't have to worry about having water handy, which makes they very portable. I usually just take one right before my first bite if the cheese in minimal. If I'm eating pizza I will take one for every other slice I eat. It makes a huge difference on how I "feel" the next day.

I don’t leave the house without my Lactaid chewables! Works great, I wish they had the chewable in unflavored though because the vanilla taste isn’t necessarily pleasant when eating macaroni and cheese or a savory dish. I still have issues with products that are higher in dairy content such as ice cream or cheesecake, but I just double my dose and take two instead of one with my meal. These are wonderful and the packaging is small enough to stick in my purse or pocket!

I got my wife a pepperoni pizza for dinner and she loves it very much but the pepperoni doesn’t like her. She has used this Lactaid before but ran out. Now she can enjoy her pizza again.

Very effective lactase enzyme delivery to the system. Fast acting and has a pleasant vanilla flavor that doesn’t overpower your food tastes. I’ve tried quite a few but this was the only one that works for me because I’m highly sensitive. Take one for a small meal. Take two for a night out with multiple courses. Depends on your sensitivity. I take three with a pizza for example. Purchased from Color papers. Quick delivery. Received in good condition. They had the best price. Rs500 over what I usually paid for pre-Covid-19. So given the current economic climate, it’s a very good price. Especially considering it’s imported! I highly recommend!

Exactly as expected

I love the taste... I have the vanilla ones and they taste just like custard creams YUM! I have a severe dairy allergy and react to my medications I have to take daily that has a coating which contains lactose. I had to stop my medication as it was making me so ill even though it’s a tiny dose but now I have these and take them before my meds it’s great! I’ve not tried them with dairy products yet as I’m also allergic to the caseins in dairy but when I’m feeling confident enough I’ll give it a try. Highly recommend!
