Authentic & Tasty
Because the town I live in is small, there is nowhere to get Pho. The closest place is over 60 miles away, so, I started making my own at home. This Pho broth is so good though I wish it had stronger anise flavor. Better to have a pre-prepped food that is less salty as this one is, I add salt to it. I put some of the broth on my dogs' dry kibble, he backed away from it, wouldn't touch it. That's okay, more for me plus he won't beg for it when I'm eating. It's very handy that the Pho broth is sold as six separate cartons. I can satisfy my Pho cravings easily.

To me, just okay
The taste of a ginger broth is subjective. Therefore, although I didn't love this one, I gave it 4 stars. I love a good ginger broth and have used multiple brands in soups I have made. To me, this broth had an odd aftertaste and was just okay. Others might love it, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

It’s Okay
Calling this “pho” broth is a stretch. It doesn’t taste of any of the signature pho spices. It’s a decent beef broth at best.

This Broth is a HARD PASS
Good Pho broth can be an awesome experience. Unfortunately, this "inspired" broth is altogether NOT a good broth. While preparing the broth it occasionally presented a pleasant aroma. This DID NOT match the taste. No other way to describer the taste except awful. Will not purchase this again. Not sure what it was "inspired" by but it was not "inspired" by anything good.
