The primary sweetener used is polyglycitol syrup, a sugar alcohol that can still impact blood sugar levels and cause digestive discomfort for some people. Unlike erythritol, which has virtually zero net carbs, polyglycitol contains digestible carbohydrates. To estimate net carbs, you typically divide the sugar alcohol content by two. In this case, 25 grams of polyglycitol equals approximately 12.5 grams of net carbs, which is significant if you're managing blood sugar or following a low-carb diet. If you're counting carbs or sensitive to sugar alcohols, read the ingredients carefully. This product is not as “sugar-free” as it appears.

Love these - great taste!
Can't get enough of these. Taste just like the real jolly ranchers, however, these will not rip your teeth out! + no sugar.... A little pricey for what comes in a bag. But worth it for me.
