Let me start by saying, if you’re anything like me, you torture yourself searching endlessly for the item with the best reviews/least horrible reviews. Pole style shower caddies like this one can be dicey. Because the reviews for this one were mostly good and the good was pretty emphatic, I decided to give this a go. It did not disappoint. To be clear, I purchased the chrome version of this caddy, so I’m only speaking to that one. This was so easy to assemble. As you can see I have LOTS of product. I think it may have actually taken more time for me to remove my items and my old caddy than it did for me to assemble and install this one. Easy peasy. The “feet” are well sized and sturdy. The design of the top of this pole is what really sets it apart. My old one took FOREVER to figure out and featured a series of springs and inserts and was just maddening to install. If I had an engineering degree I may have fared better but, well, I don’t. The four baskets provide more than ample storage, the razor storage is awesome, and I almost forgot the best part: where the baskets attach to the pole. These go alllllll the way around the pole so they are sturdy and they do not lean or tilt. This is important because when you have as much product as I do, your baskets can sag and as I was throwing away the old caddy I figured out why. Those only wrapped about 2/3 of the way around. Seriously I love this thing. I hope it lasts forever.

Easy to put together and great for organizing bath items. Recommend.

It works great. No problems with set up and holds well. My only negative is that it doesn't drain great. I have my soap in another container on one shelf but even then, I'll probably need to clean the shelves weekly of water residue. I would still buy it again as it saves so much space and keeps things organized.

I’ve ordered this before, a year ago. It works great so I thought I’d order this again for my son’s bathroom. It’s easy and fast to set up, it’s adjustable, and sturdy. So far so good, no issues.

Purchased to replace an older metal corner caddy that was oxidized and not very pretty to look at any longer. Love the clean look, wider shelf than previous one, and fairly strong. The only drawback is the towel holder. It does not stay horizontal and the towel has a tendency to slide off. Created a little wedge to try and add some strength. A minor error with heights listed in directions: used the number of poles for the measured height, yet not long enough. Added one more pole extension. Not an issue since one pole remained as our height did not require all of them. Overall, very pleased. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Love the look and functionality.

I was surprised at how durable this was. I didn't use 2 bars because our shower to ceiling was not that high. It fit nicely and was real easy to put together. I really like the area for the shaver and the towel hanging bar. This fits all of our shampoo, conditioner, wash clothes, shaver, face cleanser, body cleanser, body wash and our wash clothes.

I love instructions with photos of the 50 million pieces and no words to describe what to do with them. This thing is huge. It was too tall for my tub to ceiling and we had to leave off a pole and saw down the remaining top pole to get it to fit. The pole, once you've put it together, is sturdy and even the plastic shelves are sturdy enough but the mechanism designed to hold the shelf in place is a joke; It consists of little plastic strips that you are suppose to tuck into the hole to keep them from sliding down. Because of this, the shelf is not too stable. When I use the pump on my soap bottle it bounces up and down. I'm expecting the shelf to eventually break loose of the plastic strips and fall down. If we hadn't "altered" one of the poles, I'd probably be returning it but for now, it serves it's purpose which is a temporary fix anyway.
