Outstanding customer service
We love this little heater and its been in our spare room with no complaints at all. It suddenly developed a fault, as these things sometimes do, and the customer service I received has been outstanding... The supplier went above and beyond the call of duty and sent a replacement by courier. I cannot rate this supplier highly enough.

Good product - done what it said on the box. A delay (5 days) on delivery, but that was my fault really due to change of debit card. Once that was sorted out things happened quickly
