I have wanted to change out my 40-year-old electric stove top for years. After reviewing ceramic cook tops, I ordered this Karinear 30-inch radiant electric stove. I knew my cutout was going to be close, but fully expected I was going to need to trim out additional space. I was not looking forward to that. To my surprise this unit fit in the existing space perfectly. I hooked this up to my existing 40-amp circuit. This was not a difficult project. I was able to do the entire job alone and relatively quickly. The only negative on this stove I see is the knob layout. I do not understand why the top knob is set to control the bottom right dual burner. There just does not seem to be any logic to it. I love the simplicity of this stove with the knobs. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. I have done a little cooking on it and it is working perfectly. I suspect I will be happy with this unit for years.

I am disappointed in this cooktop…..numbers on knobs are completely opposite of any I have ever had. Also the knobs to control heating elements are opposite from other models. The large element with two heating units the smaller one only heats. Also you have to tap surface to even turn the knobs on….crazy.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this 30’ inch electric cooktop burner. It’s very easy to use, and the knobs are very smooth to turn when wanting to lower the temperature on a certain cooktop burner. Once you turn on a burner, it heats up very fast, ready to cook your food. My favorite thing is that it’s compatible with any size pot, and the burners don’t burn the bottom of my pots. Very happy, definitely recommend this product!
