Healing Garnet, Amethyst, Clear Quartz & Rutilated Quartz Gemstone Cross Earrings. This particular set of earrings has a deeper meaning for me then the properties of the stones. I was trying to tell a story when I created this piece. I chose the Garnet for it's deep dark red color and placed it directly above the cross to symbolize Jesus's blood sacrifice for our sins. The Amethyst is used in our crown chakra for intuition and higher vibration/connection with God and Spirit, therefore that seemed to be the next step after Jesus's earthly sacrifice. The Clear Quartz represents Jesus's crystal clear soul (I wish I could afford a perfectly flawless quartz for this representation, but there is no such thing). The Rutilated Quartz is a combination of the Clear Quartz with flecks of gold. Gold represents God to me, so this last gemstone would be Jesus joining God in heaven.
