Have helped ease foot pain.
I wear custom orthotics I got maybe 30 years ago that I swear have saved my knees. I like to walk. I am not a marathoner by any stretch but walking is my exercise. In the past year I have developed pain in my feet and specifically in my heel. Typical Plantar Fasciitis symptoms. It took my a long time to realize it is an inflammation problem so more like ice and rest over stretching. So to help relax my heel I wanted to try cushioning it. It tried a few things like gel pads and my own ideas. But these never stayed in place, which led me to here. I find the heel cups to be worthy in this endeavor. I wear them over top of my orthotics and they have helped. I do not have a problem with their slight shifting. I donโt even notice them except that my heel really has not being near as painful. These are helping make it better. And I can walk my regime.

Amazing Help for Heel Pain
I was on my feet a lot in my late 20s, and wound up with tendonitis in both heels at the same time. Thank goodness it wasn't spurs, but still, it hurt. With every step, it felt like someone was driving a railroad spike into my heels. After a lot of physiotherapy and a couple of cortisone shots, my doctor gave me a pair of Tuli's cups and told me to wear them in my shoes at all times. I thought she was nuts. They just don't look like much, and they are not cushiony. But I did it anyway. She wasn't nuts, she was right. Tuli's cups really do absorb the shock from the heel strike. Like many people, I tend to carry my weight slightly behind my center of gravity. This means my heels strike extra hard. I wore my Tuli's for years, and was thrilled that there was such a simple solution for heel pain. Then, suddenly, I couldn't find them anywhere. It was before Amazon sold merchandise other than books. I started buying Spencos, and they're very helpful too. I figured I'd have to use the Spencos forever and would never find Tuli's again. Last autumn, my heels started acting up again, though. So I got myself some new Tuli's and put them in one pair of shoes (I rotate three pair). I removed the Spencos from that pair and reinserted the original insole and added the Tuli's cups. Ta da! Problem fixed. In a few days, the pain was gone again. Don't get me wrong, I do like my Spencos, but some of the varieties are awful. That grid on the bottom of the Tuli's cups absorbs a whole lot of shock. It does take a bit to get used to them. At first, I was ever conscious of them, but after awhile, they feel perfectly normal. You can wash them, and put them in different shoes if you want. You don't have to remove the shoe's insole like you do with Spencos. I'm wearing them now, and if your feet hurt, you should too!

OK at best
They are OK at best. They do tend to move around under the socks, but they do help, until you have to stop and RE adjust.

I'm so HAPPY I tried this product!!
Perfect fix to a painful issue! I don't know what the problem was with my heel, it started hurting & kept getting worse by the day. It got so bad with the throbbing & it was very painful to walk. I got these heel cups, been wearing them for 3 days now and sooo much better!! (I put them inside my slipper socks for in the house, wear them to work in my crocs/no socks. They stay put better than anything else I have tried.) Easy to wash, seems to be very durable. I would buy this item again if needed, money well spent!!

Painful feet = Cranky
I wear these next to my skin, under my sock. I tried them between my sock and shoe, but they roll when I put on my shoe. Also, next to my skin they feel like part of me within a minute. I can handle silicone toe separators too, so it depends on your level of tolerance. I am overweight and 50 yrs, due to that, my feet just hurt all of the time (poor things). I've tried a lot of inserts, and some work great for a while and then they don't. I've only used these for a few weeks, but so far they help a lot. These especially help for running. I have a wider toe area and my heal slips because its not "wide". I have been putting these on first thing in the morning and as I change shoes they go along easily. From house shoes to running shoes to casual shoes. I do wash them every day to keep them nice. I didn't like the green ones, they were too tall for me. The fabric coated ones are okay if I don't have time to put these in my socks. Bottom line for me is that when my feet hurt, I'm cranky. Wearing shoes and using inserts helps me so much.

Donโt even think about it!
These cups are absolutely awful! They are silicone and stick to your feet. The sides are too wide to fit the average shoe and each side of the pad bunches up at least 1/2โ. I sent mine back and I do not recommend them.
